Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia do Munic\u00edpio de Caxambu do Sul, com apoio da Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Protetores, cumpriu nesta segunda-feira (01\/12), mandado de busca e apreens\u00e3o expedido pelo Poder Judici\u00e1rio, sendo localizadas e apreendidas uma espingarda, calibre 36 GA, e sete muni\u00e7\u00f5es intactas no calibre .38 SPL (uso permitido), bem como 17 muni\u00e7\u00f5es intactas no calibre .357 Magnum, de uso restrito.<\/p><p>A ordem de busca foi expedida no bojo de Inqu\u00e9rito Policial que investiga o crime de maus-tratos a animal, tendo em vista que o investigado teria disparado com uma arma de press\u00e3o contra o cachorro pertencente a seu vizinho de propriedade, resultando em les\u00f5es no animal atingido.<\/p><p>Colhidos elementos robustos acerca do delito, surgiram tamb\u00e9m informa\u00e7\u00f5es indicando que o investigado mantinha em sua resid\u00eancia arma de fogo e muni\u00e7\u00f5es sem autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o e em desacordo com determina\u00e7\u00e3o legal ou regulamentar, circunst\u00e2ncia prevista como crime pela Lei 10.826\/2003.<\/p><p>Desta forma, foi representado ao Ju\u00edzo local pela expedi\u00e7\u00e3o de mandado de busca e apreens\u00e3o para a resid\u00eancia do suspeito. Durante as buscas, que culminaram na localiza\u00e7\u00e3o e apreens\u00e3o do armamento e muni\u00e7\u00f5es acima mencionados, tamb\u00e9m foram encontrados dois coldres, material de recarga, bem como a arma de press\u00e3o e chumbinhos supostamente utilizados para o crime de maus-tratos, os quais foram devidamente apreendidos a fim de instruir investiga\u00e7\u00e3o em curso.<\/p><p>Com a apreens\u00e3o do armamento e muni\u00e7\u00f5es, o preso foi conduzido em flagrante e encaminhado ao Pres\u00eddio local, onde permanece \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a.
