class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Nesta segunda-feira (01\/12), a Pol\u00edcia Civil do Estado de Santa Catarina, em a\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta com a Pol\u00edcia Civil do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul, realizou a pris\u00e3o de um homem suspeito de incitar o filho a matar a genitora para ficar com a guarda da crian\u00e7a, bem como de ter praticado uma s\u00e9rie de delitos contra a ex-companheira e tamb\u00e9m contra o seu pr\u00f3prio filho.<\/p><p>A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o come\u00e7ou no m\u00eas de junho de 2025, quando o suspeito apresentou \u00e0 Pol\u00edcia Civil uma foto do filho portando uma muni\u00e7\u00e3o de fuzil, com a not\u00edcia de que o infante estaria tendo acesso a muni\u00e7\u00f5es, armas e drogas na resid\u00eancia da genitora.<\/p><p>No entanto, a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o teve uma grande reviravolta. A\u00f3s uma s\u00e9rie de desdobramentos investigativos envolvendo buscas domiciliares e an\u00e1lise de celulares, a Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina constatou ind\u00edcios de que o pr\u00f3prio genitor \u00e9 quem teria fotografado o filho com uma muni\u00e7\u00e3o, que estava em posse do mesmo de forma irregular, tendo constrangido o filho a colocar a muni\u00e7\u00e3o na resid\u00eancia da m\u00e3e, com o objetivo de incrimin\u00e1-la.<\/p><p>Conforme constatado ao longo da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, o pai da crian\u00e7a j\u00e1 possu\u00eda as muni\u00e7\u00f5es irregularmente em sua resid\u00eancia e, motivado pela disputa de guarda, manipulou o filho para que este portasse as muni\u00e7\u00f5es e as guardasse na casa da m\u00e3e. O objetivo era claro: ap\u00f3s o registro falso da ocorr\u00eancia, a Pol\u00edcia cumpriria a busca e apreens\u00e3o e encontraria as muni\u00e7\u00f5es, incriminando a ex-companheira.<\/p><p>Inclusive, a partir das investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, constatou-se que a foto que balizou o registro de ocorr\u00eancia fora retirada pelo pr\u00f3prio aparelho celular do investigado e na resid\u00eancia dele, e n\u00e3o na resid\u00eancia da ex-companheira, conforme inicialmente noticiado \u00e0 Pol\u00edcia, tendo o genitor atuado n\u00e3o apenas para perseguir a mulher, mas tamb\u00e9m vindo a corromper o pr\u00f3prio filho, fraudando provas no curso de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o policial a fim de incriminar a ex-companheira e, por conseguinte, obter a guarda da crian\u00e7a.<\/p><p>Com base no apurado, o Delegado presidente da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o indiciou o suspeito pelos crimes de denuncia\u00e7\u00e3o caluniosa, persegui\u00e7\u00e3o, fraude processual, posse ilegal de muni\u00e7\u00e3o de uso restrito, porte ilegal de muni\u00e7\u00e3o de uso restrito, corrup\u00e7\u00e3o de menores &#8211; artigos 339 e 347, do C\u00f3digo Penal; artigo 16, da Lei n\u00b0 10.826\/03; artigos 242 e 244-B, do Estatuto da Crian\u00e7a e do Adolescente; e artigo 147-A, do C\u00f3digo Penal, sob a \u00e9gide da Lei 11.340\/06, representando tamb\u00e9m pela pris\u00e3o preventiva do investigado.<\/p><p>A partir da expedi\u00e7\u00e3o do mandado de pris\u00e3o, a Delegacia de Gaspar, em a\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta com o N\u00facleo de Intelig\u00eancia (NINT) de Blumenau e a DRACO do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul, localizaram e prenderam o suspeito na cidade de Cruz Alta\/RS.<\/p><p>Por fim, o Delegado Filipe Martins, respons\u00e1vel por conduzir as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, ressalta a import\u00e2ncia do trabalho dos Setores de Psicologia e de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o da Delegacia de Gaspar, bem com da integra\u00e7\u00e3o do N\u00facleo de Intelig\u00eancia da Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina e Pol\u00edcia Civil do Rio Grande do Sul, que atuaram n\u00e3o apenas para apurar os fatos, mas tamb\u00e9m para viabilizar o cumprimento do mandado de pris\u00e3o.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pol\u00edcia Civil efetua pris\u00e3o de pai que teria incitado filho a matar a m\u00e3e para ficar com a guarda da crian\u00e7a Nesta segunda-feira (01\/12), a Pol\u00edcia Civil do Estado de Santa Catarina, em a\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta com a Pol\u00edcia Civil do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul, realizou a pris\u00e3o de um homem suspeito de incitar [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":5,"featured_media":29110,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-34778","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-sem-categoria"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/pc.sc.gov.br\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts\/34778","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/pc.sc.gov.br\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/pc.sc.gov.br\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/pc.sc.gov.br\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/users\/5"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/pc.sc.gov.br\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fcomments&post=34778"}],"version-history":[{"count":7,"href":"https:\/\/pc.sc.gov.br\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts\/34778\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":34785,"href":"https:\/\/pc.sc.gov.br\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts\/34778\/revisions\/34785"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/pc.sc.gov.br\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/media\/29110"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/pc.sc.gov.br\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fmedia&parent=34778"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/pc.sc.gov.br\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fcategories&post=34778"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/pc.sc.gov.br\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Ftags&post=34778"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
