Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da Delegacia de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o de Crimes Ambientais e Crimes contra as Rela\u00e7\u00f5es de Consumo (DCAC\/DEIC), deflagrou, nesta quarta-feira (03\/12), opera\u00e7\u00e3o para cumprimento de tr\u00eas mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o em Brusque.<\/p><p>A a\u00e7\u00e3o investiga a comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o de bebidas falsificadas por meio de uma renomada plataforma de com\u00e9rcio eletr\u00f4nico. Segundo apurado, o suspeito distribu\u00eda garrafas de whisky contrafeitas para todo o Brasil a partir do munic\u00edpio de Brusque. O esquema utilizava plataformas digitais para alcan\u00e7ar consumidores em diferentes regi\u00f5es do pa\u00eds.<\/p><p>Os mandados foram cumpridos em dois apartamentos e um estabelecimento comercial vinculados ao suspeito. Em um dos im\u00f3veis, foram identificadas bebidas com suspeita de falsifica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p>A a\u00e7\u00e3o contou com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o do PROCON-SC e da ABRAPE (Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Brasileira de Bebidas), al\u00e9m do apoio operacional da Delegacia de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o Criminal (DIC) de Brusque.<\/p><p>Riscos \u00e0 Sa\u00fade P\u00fablica<\/p><p>Bebidas falsificadas representam grave amea\u00e7a \u00e0 sa\u00fade dos consumidores. Esses produtos n\u00e3o passam por controles de qualidade e fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o sanit\u00e1ria obrigat\u00f3rios, podendo conter subst\u00e2ncias t\u00f3xicas, concentra\u00e7\u00e3o inadequada de \u00e1lcool, contaminantes qu\u00edmicos e compostos nocivos ao organismo, com potencial de causar danos irrevers\u00edveis \u00e0 integridade f\u00edsica.<\/p><p>Os suspeitos responder\u00e3o por crimes contra propriedade imaterial, crimes contra as rela\u00e7\u00f5es de consumo e crime de falsifica\u00e7\u00e3o de produtos aliment\u00edcios.
