Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o Criminal de Laguna, concluiu nesta semana o inqu\u00e9rito policial que apurou a tentativa de homic\u00eddio ocorrida na noite da \u00faltima segunda-feira (08\/12), no bairro Progresso, regi\u00e3o conhecida como Casqueiro.<\/p><p>Logo ap\u00f3s o fato, os agentes da Central de Plant\u00e3o Policial de Laguna deslocaram-se ao hospital e ao local da ocorr\u00eancia, onde realizaram dilig\u00eancias iniciais fundamentais para o desfecho do caso. A Pol\u00edcia Militar tamb\u00e9m compartilhou informa\u00e7\u00f5es colhidas no atendimento da ocorr\u00eancia, contribuindo para a reconstitui\u00e7\u00e3o precisa dos acontecimentos.<\/p><p>A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o demonstrou que autor e v\u00edtima mantinham um hist\u00f3rico de desentendimentos relacionados \u00e0 obstru\u00e7\u00e3o de um corredor utilizado como passagem para os fundos da resid\u00eancia do autor. A v\u00edtima, que estava vivendo em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de rua, havia se instalado no local com colch\u00e3o e barraca, fato que gerou atritos, acusa\u00e7\u00f5es m\u00fatuas e epis\u00f3dios de hostilidade rec\u00edproca.<\/p><p>Na noite dos fatos, ap\u00f3s novo conflito, ambos se envolveram em luta corporal. O autor, em porte f\u00edsico inferior e afirmando estar sendo agredido, tomou uma faca que estava no local e desferiu golpes contra a v\u00edtima. Com base no conjunto probat\u00f3rio, apurou-se que a rea\u00e7\u00e3o teve in\u00edcio em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de leg\u00edtima defesa, mas evoluiu para excesso doloso, caracterizando a tentativa de homic\u00eddio.
