Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina deflagrou, nesta quinta-feira (11\/12), a Opera\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cDupla Face\u201d, coordenada pela Delegacia de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o de Crimes Ambientais e Crimes contra as Rela\u00e7\u00f5es de Consumo (DCAC\/DEIC).<\/p><p>As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es identificaram duas empresas no munic\u00edpio de Brusque que funcionavam de forma integrada como centro de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de vestu\u00e1rio contrafeito para todo o Brasil. O esquema envolvia a comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o de produtos falsificados de marcas de renome internacional.<\/p><p>Foram cumpridos sete mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o nos munic\u00edpios de Brusque e Guabiruba, abrangendo quatro galp\u00f5es e tr\u00eas resid\u00eancias vinculadas aos s\u00f3cios das empresas investigadas.<\/p><p>A a\u00e7\u00e3o resultou na apreens\u00e3o de aproximadamente 50 mil pe\u00e7as de vestu\u00e1rio falsificadas, avaliadas em R$ 1,5 milh\u00e3o.<\/p><p>Nos locais inspecionados, foram encontradas roupas ostentando marcas como Nike, Adidas, Emporio Armani, Lacoste e Tommy Hilfiger, entre outras. Al\u00e9m das pe\u00e7as, foram apreendidos equipamentos eletr\u00f4nicos e documentos que permitir\u00e3o o aprofundamento das investiga\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p><p>A opera\u00e7\u00e3o contou com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o do Conselho Estadual de Combate \u00e0 Pirataria (CECOP) e da Receita Estadual, al\u00e9m do apoio operacional de diversas unidades da Pol\u00edcia Civil.<\/p><p>Os suspeitos responder\u00e3o por crimes contra propriedade imaterial, crimes contra as rela\u00e7\u00f5es de consumo, crimes contra a ordem tribut\u00e1ria e associa\u00e7\u00e3o
