Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da Delegacia de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o Animal de Joinville, efetuou, nesta segunda-feira (15\/12), a pris\u00e3o de um homem de 39 anos, por maus-tratos a dois c\u00e3es. A den\u00fancia foi encaminhada \u00e0 delegacia na \u00faltima 5<strong>\u00aa<\/strong> feira, ocasi\u00e3o em que a equipe foi at\u00e9 o local e constatou a inadequa\u00e7\u00e3o do ambiente e da condi\u00e7\u00e3o f\u00edsica dos animais. Na oportunidade, o tutor dos c\u00e3es n\u00e3o se encontrava na resid\u00eancia, tendo sido deixado com um familiar dele o alerta da situa\u00e7\u00e3o de maus-tratos em que os animais se encontravam.<\/p><p>Nesta tarde, ao se dirigirem \u00e0 resid\u00eancia foi verificado que nada havia sido alterado. Foi constatado que os animais estavam com escore corporal baixo, em um ambiente imundo, estando um deles lesionado e sem indicativo de tratamento das les\u00f5es e outro preso em corrente com ponto fixo que praticamente inviabilizava sua mobilidade. Diante disso, n\u00e3o tendo havido qualquer esfor\u00e7o do tutor para melhoria do ambiente dos animais, foi-lhe dada voz de pris\u00e3o pela pr\u00e1tica do crime previsto no artigo 32, \u00a71\u00ba &#8211;\u00a0 A, da Lei 9.605\/1998, cuja pena prevista \u00e9 de 2 a 5 anos de pris\u00e3o.
