Delegacia de Combate \u00e0s Drogas de S\u00e3o Jos\u00e9 (DECOD\/SJ), cumpriu 12 mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o, expedidos em virtude de investiga\u00e7\u00f5es realizadas pela delegacia especializada, que apuram a pr\u00e1tica do crime de tr\u00e1fico de drogas, associa\u00e7\u00e3o para o tr\u00e1fico e organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa, ocorridos neste munic\u00edpio.<\/p><p>Na ocasi\u00e3o das buscas, um dos investigados foi preso em flagrante pelo crime contra as rela\u00e7\u00f5es de consumo, uma vez que guardava e expunha \u00e0 venda cigarros de origem estrangeira, bem como cigarros eletr\u00f4nicos, sendo que a fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o, importa\u00e7\u00e3o, venda, propaganda e distribui\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o proibidas pela Ag\u00eancia Nacional de Vigil\u00e2ncia Sanit\u00e1ria (Anvisa).<\/p><p>Ademais, foram apreendidos materiais de interesse investigativo, que auxiliar\u00e3o nas pr\u00f3ximas etapas da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p>A opera\u00e7\u00e3o contou com o apoio de policiais da DRP de S\u00e3o Jos\u00e9, Delegacias de \u00e1rea e DPCAMI de S\u00e3o Jos\u00e9, DPCO de Bigua\u00e7u, assim como Delegacias de Pol\u00edcia de Florian\u00f3polis, DPA, DRR, DCE da Capital, DPCO de Palho\u00e7a, DPCO de Santo Amaro da Imperatriz, DPMU de Rancho Queimado, e canil da
