Diretoria Estadual de Investiga\u00e7\u00f5es Criminais (DECAP\/DEIC), prendeu, na manh\u00e3 de hoje (19\/12), um contador investigado por furto, associa\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa e lavagem de dinheiro pela Pol\u00edcia Civil do Par\u00e1. A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o foi realizada no \u00e2mbito da opera\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cPorta 34\u201d, que chega na 3\u00aa fase.<\/p><p>Ap\u00f3s troca de informa\u00e7\u00f5es com a Pol\u00edcia Civil do Par\u00e1 (Divis\u00e3o de Investiga\u00e7\u00f5es e Opera\u00e7\u00f5es Especiais e Delegacia Especializada em Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o de Estelionato e Outras Fraudes), os policiais da DECAP\/DEIC-SC realizaram dilig\u00eancias que culminaram na localiza\u00e7\u00e3o e pris\u00e3o de\u00a0foragido. A pris\u00e3o ocorreu na cidade de Florian\u00f3polis, onde o investigado, natural do estado do Maranh\u00e3o, estava\u00a0escondido.<\/p><p><strong>Opera\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cPorta 34\u201d<\/strong><\/p><p>A Pol\u00edcia Civil do Par\u00e1 deflagrou a 3\u00aa fase da opera\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cPorta 34\u201d para apurar um furto eletr\u00f4nico banc\u00e1rio de cerca de R$ 107 milh\u00f5es, al\u00e9m de associa\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa e lavagem de dinheiro. Nesta etapa, foram cumpridos mandados de pris\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria e de busca e apreens\u00e3o nos munic\u00edpios de Imperatriz e S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds, no Maranh\u00e3o, resultando na pris\u00e3o de dois investigados respons\u00e1veis pelo n\u00facleo operacional do esquema.<\/p><p data-start=\"420\" data-end=\"879\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o aponta que o grupo se reunia virtualmente para planejar e executar o ataque eletr\u00f4nico ao sistema banc\u00e1rio. As a\u00e7\u00f5es foram conduzidas pela Dioe e pela Deof, com apoio da Pol\u00edcia Civil do Maranh\u00e3o. Nas fases anteriores, foram presos o gerente da ag\u00eancia banc\u00e1ria, que instalou um dispositivo malicioso na rede interna, e o recrutador que teria oferecido R$ 3 milh\u00f5es pela participa\u00e7\u00e3o no crime. As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es seguem em andamento e sob sigilo.<\/p><p><strong>DECAP\/DEIC <\/strong><\/p><p>Den\u00fancias e informa\u00e7\u00f5es relacionadas a foragidos da Justi\u00e7a podem ser encaminhadas para o e-mail deic-capturas@pc.sc.gov.br. Al\u00e9m disso, pelo<strong>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sistemas.pc.sc.gov.br\/foragidos\/\">Portal Foragidos da PCSC<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0\u00e9 poss\u00edvel conhecer a rela\u00e7\u00e3o de procurados pela Justi\u00e7a.
