Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da Delegacia de Repress\u00e3o ao Racismo e a Delitos de Intoler\u00e2ncia &#8211; DRRDI, concluiu, na presente data (07\/01\/26), o Inqu\u00e9rito Policial destinado a apurar as ofensas racistas e xenof\u00f3bicas praticadas por uma torcedora do Ava\u00ed Futebol Clube em desfavor de torcedores do Clube do Remo, de Bel\u00e9m do Par\u00e1, durante uma partida de futebol, realizada em 15\/11\/2025, pela S\u00e9rie B do Campeonato Brasileiro.<\/p><p>A torcedora, flagrada enquanto proferia os insultos, foi indiciada pela pr\u00e1tica de racismo, no contexto de atividade esportiva, que possui cominada pena de reclus\u00e3o de 2 a 5 anos.<\/p><p>Embora tenham sido realizadas diversas dilig\u00eancias, n\u00e3o foi poss\u00edvel identificar o outro torcedor avaiano que tamb\u00e9m ofendeu os torcedores advers\u00e1rios, dizendo, dentre outras coisas, &#8220;que deveriam voltar pra casa de jegue&#8221;.
