tarde desta segunda-feira (12\/01), a Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da Delegacia da Comarca de Navegantes, cumpriu um mandado de busca e apreens\u00e3o, e dois mandados de pris\u00e3o preventiva.<\/p><p>A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o teve in\u00edcio em outubro de 2025, quando a Pol\u00edcia Civil tomou conhecimento da pr\u00e1tica dos crimes de tr\u00e1fico de drogas e associa\u00e7\u00e3o para o tr\u00e1fico.<\/p><p>Apurou-se que a mulher de um detento que cumpre pena pela pr\u00e1tica dos crimes de roubo e tr\u00e1fico de drogas, valia-se das visitas \u00edntimas para levar drogas para o interior do sistema prisional, onde seu companheiro promovia a venda.<\/p><p>No m\u00eas de setembro, ao menos em tr\u00eas oportunidades foi detectado no scanner corporal anomalia na regi\u00e3o genital, sendo impedido o ingresso da mulher no sistema, e nestas ocasi\u00f5es ela estava levando drogas para seu companheiro revender dentro da penitenci\u00e1ria.<\/p><p>A maconha era embalada em formato cil\u00edndrico e acondicionada em bal\u00f5es de festa, para possibilitar a introdu\u00e7\u00e3o no \u00f3rg\u00e3o genital feminino, e assim ingressar no sistema prisional.<\/p><p>Durante as buscas, restaram apreendidas drogas j\u00e1 embaladas, bal\u00f5es de festa e balan\u00e7a utilizada para a pesagem da droga.<\/p><p>A mulher confessou que realizava cinco visitas por m\u00eas ao seu marido, e em todas elas realizava o envio de
