opera\u00e7\u00e3o da Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina resultou na apreens\u00e3o de cerca de R$ 1 milh\u00e3o em medicamentos irregulares e no fechamento de quatro locais ligados a uma farm\u00e1cia de manipula\u00e7\u00e3o na regi\u00e3o continental de Florian\u00f3polis. A a\u00e7\u00e3o, denominada Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Rem\u00e9dio Amargo, foi realizada em conjunto com fiscais da Ag\u00eancia Nacional de Vigil\u00e2ncia Sanit\u00e1ria (ANVISA) e da Vigil\u00e2ncia Sanit\u00e1ria Estadual.<\/p><p>A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o teve in\u00edcio a partir de uma den\u00fancia que apontava falhas graves no processo produtivo e irregularidades administrativas. Com autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o judicial, equipes policiais cumpriram mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o em endere\u00e7os usados para produ\u00e7\u00e3o, armazenamento e administra\u00e7\u00e3o da empresa, que distribu\u00eda medicamentos em larga escala para diversos estados do pa\u00eds.<\/p><p>Durante as dilig\u00eancias, foram encontrados medicamentos injet\u00e1veis de alto valor, conhecidos como \u201cchips da beleza\u201d, al\u00e9m de outros produtos e horm\u00f4nios de uso subcut\u00e2neo fabricados em desacordo com as normas sanit\u00e1rias.<\/p><p>Diante das irregularidades e do risco \u00e0 sa\u00fade p\u00fablica, todos os locais vistoriados foram interditados pelas autoridades sanit\u00e1rias. Os materiais apreendidos foram recolhidos no \u00e2mbito do inqu\u00e9rito policial e aguardam autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o judicial para destrui\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p>A opera\u00e7\u00e3o contou ainda com o apoio de peritos da Pol\u00edcia Cient\u00edfica.
