de 2026, uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o de combate \u00e0 pirataria que resultou na apreens\u00e3o de aproximadamente 45 mil itens contrafeitos, avaliados em R$ 2,3 milh\u00f5es.<\/p><p>A Delegacia de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o de Crimes Ambientais e Crimes contra as Rela\u00e7\u00f5es de Consumo (DCAC\/DEIC) vem monitorando redes de lojas do modelo &#8220;outlets&#8221; especializadas na comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o de produtos de vestu\u00e1rio contrafeitos que est\u00e3o em atividade no estado de Santa Catarina. As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es permitiram mapear a estrutura de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o e comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o desses grupos em diferentes munic\u00edpios catarinenses.<\/p><p>A opera\u00e7\u00e3o foi executada de forma coordenada em tr\u00eas etapas. No dia 28 de janeiro, equipes policiais realizaram fiscaliza\u00e7\u00f5es em duas lojas localizadas no centro de Jaragu\u00e1 do Sul. No dia seguinte, 29 de janeiro, uma terceira loja foi fiscalizada em Bigua\u00e7u, na Grande Florian\u00f3polis.<\/p><p>Paralelamente, tamb\u00e9m no dia 29, atividade de intelig\u00eancia resultou na intercepta\u00e7\u00e3o de dois caminh\u00f5es carregados com produtos falsificados vinculados \u00e0s mesmas redes criminosas. Os ve\u00edculos foram abordados em Jaragu\u00e1 do Sul e S\u00e3o Jos\u00e9, ampliando significativamente o volume de apreens\u00f5es.<\/p><p>Foram apreendidos cal\u00e7ados, roupas, perfumes, bon\u00e9s, rel\u00f3gios e acess\u00f3rios que ostentavam marcas de renome. Al\u00e9m das mercadorias contrafeitas, foram apreendidos equipamentos eletr\u00f4nicos e documentos que subsidiar\u00e3o o aprofundamento das investiga\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p><p>A opera\u00e7\u00e3o reuniu uma ampla rede de apoio institucional, envolvendo o Conselho Estadual de Combate \u00e0 Pirataria (CECOP), PROCON Estadual, PROCON de Jaragu\u00e1 do Sul, Receita Estadual e representantes de marcas. As a\u00e7\u00f5es contaram ainda com o apoio operacional de diversas unidades da Pol\u00edcia Civil e da Pol\u00edcia Militar de Jaragu\u00e1 do Sul.<\/p><p>A comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o de produtos contrafeitos gera preju\u00edzos significativos \u00e0 economia formal, comprometendo a arrecada\u00e7\u00e3o tribut\u00e1ria e a concorr\u00eancia leal no mercado. Al\u00e9m do impacto econ\u00f4mico, produtos falsificados frequentemente n\u00e3o atendem a padr\u00f5es de qualidade e seguran\u00e7a, representando riscos diretos aos consumidores.<\/p><p>Os respons\u00e1veis responder\u00e3o por crimes contra propriedade imaterial, crimes contra as rela\u00e7\u00f5es de consumo, crimes contra a ordem tribut\u00e1ria e associa\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa.
