Criminais da 1\u00aa Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia da Capital, deflagrou nesta data a Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Shape Fake, que resultou na pris\u00e3o em flagrante de uma mulher investigada pela comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o ilegal de medicamentos para emagrecimento, em um \u00f3rg\u00e3o p\u00fablico do Estado.<\/p><p>Durante a a\u00e7\u00e3o, foram cumpridos dois mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o, sendo um na resid\u00eancia da suspeita e outro em seu local de trabalho. Nas dilig\u00eancias, foram apreendidos frascos-ampola contendo subst\u00e2ncia injet\u00e1vel conhecida como tirzepatida, sem registro na Ag\u00eancia Nacional de Vigil\u00e2ncia Sanit\u00e1ria (ANVISA), al\u00e9m de aparelho celular utilizado nas negocia\u00e7\u00f5es realizadas por meio de redes sociais e aplicativo de mensagens.<\/p><p>A investigada foi conduzida \u00e0 Central de Plant\u00e3o Policial, onde foi lavrado o Auto de Pris\u00e3o em Flagrante. A Pol\u00edcia Civil destaca que tem se tornado recorrente a comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o de medicamentos irregulares por meio de redes sociais, como se n\u00e3o se tratasse de um delito. Trata-se, contudo, de pr\u00e1tica criminosa que coloca em risco a sa\u00fade da popula\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p>A aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de medicamentos sem prescri\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e9dica, sem orienta\u00e7\u00e3o profissional e sem proced\u00eancia conhecida pode gerar graves consequ\u00eancias, especialmente quando se trata de subst\u00e2ncias injet\u00e1veis.
