Atendimento \u00e0 Mulher (DEAM) de Joinville, realizou na tarde desta quarta-feira (25) a pris\u00e3o em flagrante de um homem de 76 anos por posse irregular de arma de fogo e muni\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p><p>A a\u00e7\u00e3o ocorreu durante o cumprimento de um mandado de busca e apreens\u00e3o expedido pelo Juizado de Viol\u00eancia Dom\u00e9stica e Familiar contra a Mulher de Joinville, no \u00e2mbito de uma investiga\u00e7\u00e3o de crimes previstos na Lei Maria da Penha.<\/p><p>Durante a dilig\u00eancia, realizada em uma resid\u00eancia na Rodovia SC-418, os agentes localizaram duas espingardas de calibre .28, al\u00e9m de muni\u00e7\u00f5es e diversos petrechos utilizados para a recarga de armamento (como potes de chumbo e espoletas). O material n\u00e3o possu\u00eda registro legal.<\/p><p>O suspeito foi conduzido \u00e0 unidade policial diante da natureza do crime (Art. 12 da Lei 10.826\/03), onde a autoridade policial arbitrou fian\u00e7a, conforme prev\u00ea o C\u00f3digo de Processo Penal.
