Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o Criminal de Balne\u00e1rio Cambori\u00fa, prendeu, na tarde de ontem (26\/02), dois autores do crime de tentativa de homic\u00eddio qualificado, ocorrido no dia 10 de julho de 2025, no bairro Munic\u00edpios, em Balne\u00e1rio Cambori\u00fa.<\/p><p>Conforme apurado no Inqu\u00e9rito Policial, a v\u00edtima foi brutalmente atacada dentro da resid\u00eancia de um dos investigados, sendo amarrada, amorda\u00e7ada e atingida por m\u00faltiplos golpes de faca, sofrendo sete perfura\u00e7\u00f5es na regi\u00e3o do t\u00f3rax e abdome, o que lhe causou hemopneumot\u00f3rax bilateral, choque hemorr\u00e1gico e grave risco de morte, necessitando de cirurgia de urg\u00eancia e interna\u00e7\u00e3o em UTI. A v\u00edtima somente sobreviveu gra\u00e7as \u00e0 interven\u00e7\u00e3o de terceiros e ao r\u00e1pido socorro prestado.<\/p><p>As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es apontam que o crime foi praticado de forma conjunta, com extrema viol\u00eancia, havendo ind\u00edcios de motivo f\u00fatil e emprego de meio cruel. Conforme apurado, a agress\u00e3o teria sido motivada por desaven\u00e7as em raz\u00e3o da subtra\u00e7\u00e3o de uma bicicleta envolvendo a companheira de um dos investigados, circunst\u00e2ncias que desencadearam a retalia\u00e7\u00e3o violenta. A v\u00edtima foi amarrada e atacada com m\u00faltiplos golpes de faca, evidenciando a inten\u00e7\u00e3o clara de ceifar-lhe a vida. Um dos investigados confessou participa\u00e7\u00e3o nos fatos, confirmando a din\u00e2mica delitiva apurada.<\/p><p>Diante da gravidade concreta da conduta, do hist\u00f3rico criminal dos envolvidos e do risco de reitera\u00e7\u00e3o delitiva, a Autoridade Policial representou pela pris\u00e3o preventiva.
