Comarca de Fronteira de S\u00e3o Miguel do Oeste (DPCO-Fron), identificou o autor de um acidente de tr\u00e2nsito ocorrido no dia 1\u00ba de mar\u00e7o de 2026, por volta das 20h, na Rua Willy Barth, em S\u00e3o Miguel do Oeste.<\/p><p>Logo ap\u00f3s tomar conhecimento dos fatos, a equipe da Pol\u00edcia Civil iniciou dilig\u00eancias investigativas, realizando levantamento de informa\u00e7\u00f5es e an\u00e1lise de elementos que possibilitaram a r\u00e1pida identifica\u00e7\u00e3o do suspeito, um homem de 54 anos.<\/p><p>Segundo apurado, o condutor teria se evadido do local ap\u00f3s a colis\u00e3o, deixando de prestar assist\u00eancia \u00e0 v\u00edtima, que foi socorrida e encaminhada para atendimento m\u00e9dico.<\/p><p>O investigado vai responder pelos crimes previstos no C\u00f3digo de Tr\u00e2nsito Brasileiro, incluindo afastar-se do local do acidente para fugir \u00e0 responsabilidade, les\u00e3o corporal culposa na dire\u00e7\u00e3o de ve\u00edculo automotor e omiss\u00e3o de socorro e violar
