Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o Criminal (DIC) de Lages, deflagrou na manh\u00e3 desta quinta-feira (5) uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o policial de grande escala com o objetivo de combater os crimes de tr\u00e1fico de entorpecentes e associa\u00e7\u00e3o para o tr\u00e1fico na regi\u00e3o serrana.<\/p><p>Durante a ofensiva, foram cumpridos nove mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o, expedidos pela Vara Regional de Garantias de Lages, em diversos bairros do munic\u00edpio. A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, coordenada pela unidade especializada, visava desarticular pontos estrat\u00e9gicos de venda e armazenamento de subst\u00e2ncias il\u00edcitas.<\/p><p>A opera\u00e7\u00e3o resultou na pris\u00e3o em flagrante de quatro pessoas. No decorrer das buscas, os agentes apreenderam um expressivo volume de evid\u00eancias que comprovam a pr\u00e1tica da mercancia de drogas, incluindo:<\/p><ul><li>Grande quantidade de coca\u00edna, maconha e outros entorpecentes;<\/li><li>Elevada quantia de dinheiro em esp\u00e9cie;<br \/>Arma de fogo e muni\u00e7\u00f5es;<\/li><li>Balan\u00e7a de precis\u00e3o e um ve\u00edculo utilizado nas atividades criminosas;<\/li><li>Diversos elementos de informa\u00e7\u00e3o que refor\u00e7am o inqu\u00e9rito policial.<\/li><\/ul><p>Os detidos foram autuados pelos crimes de tr\u00e1fico de drogas e associa\u00e7\u00e3o para o tr\u00e1fico (Artigos 33 e 35 da Lei 11.343\/06), al\u00e9m de posse ilegal de arma de fogo (Artigo 12 da Lei 10.826\/03).
