data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Nesta quinta-feira (05\/03), a Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da Delegacia de Combate a Estelionatos do Departamento de Investiga\u00e7\u00f5es Criminais (DCE\/DIC) da Capital, com apoio da Pol\u00edcia Civil de S\u00e3o Paulo, deflagrou duas opera\u00e7\u00f5es policiais simult\u00e2neas, voltadas \u00e0 repress\u00e3o de grupos criminosos especializados em fraudes eletr\u00f4nicas conhecidas como \u201cgolpe do falso advogado\u201d e \u201cgolpe da falsa central de seguran\u00e7a banc\u00e1ria\u201d.<\/p><p>As dilig\u00eancias foram realizadas nas cidades de S\u00e3o Paulo\/SP, Tabo\u00e3o da Serra\/SP e \u00c1gua Doce\/SC, com o cumprimento de oito mandados de busca domiciliar e dois mandados de pris\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria.<\/p><p>As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es tiveram in\u00edcio em abril de 2025, ap\u00f3s o registro de ocorr\u00eancias em Florian\u00f3polis, envolvendo v\u00edtimas que sofreram preju\u00edzos financeiros relevantes em decorr\u00eancia das fraudes.<\/p><p>No golpe da falsa central de banco, criminosos entram em contato com a v\u00edtima se passando por funcion\u00e1rios do setor de seguran\u00e7a da institui\u00e7\u00e3o financeira, alegando supostas fraudes na conta banc\u00e1ria e induzindo a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de transfer\u00eancias ou outras opera\u00e7\u00f5es sob o pretexto de \u201cprote\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d do patrim\u00f4nio. Em um dos casos investigados, uma v\u00edtima sofreu preju\u00edzo aproximado de R$ 93 mil.<\/p><p>J\u00e1 no golpe do falso advogado, os estelionat\u00e1rios utilizam dados reais de processos judiciais e, passando-se por advogados ou representantes do escrit\u00f3rio que patrocina a causa da v\u00edtima, solicitam pagamentos indevidos sob a justificativa de custas, taxas ou libera\u00e7\u00f5es necess\u00e1rias para o recebimento de valores judiciais. Em uma das investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, a v\u00edtima teve preju\u00edzo aproximado de R$ 50 mil.<\/p><p>Durante o cumprimento das ordens judiciais foram apreendidos telefones celulares e outros dispositivos eletr\u00f4nicos, que ser\u00e3o submetidos \u00e0 an\u00e1lise pericial com o objetivo de aprofundar as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es e identificar outros integrantes do grupo criminoso. Os investigados responder\u00e3o pelos crimes de fraude eletr\u00f4nica e associa\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa.<\/p><p>As dilig\u00eancias prosseguem com o objetivo de identificar outros envolvidos, mapear a estrutura do bando criminoso, visando desmantel\u00e1-lo.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section
