Investiga\u00e7\u00f5es Criminais de Chapec\u00f3 da Delegacia de Repress\u00e3o a Roubos de Chapec\u00f3, deflagrou, na manh\u00e3 desta sexta-feira (06\/03), uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o policial, objetivando o cumprimento de tr\u00eas mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o, expedidos pelo Poder Judici\u00e1rio, que visa apurar a autoria e materialidade dos crimes de roubo, tr\u00e1fico de drogas e associa\u00e7\u00e3o para o tr\u00e1fico.<\/p><p>Nesta manh\u00e3 (06\/03), foi efetuada tamb\u00e9m a pris\u00e3o em flagrante de dois homens e uma mulher, pelos crimes de tr\u00e1fico de drogas e associa\u00e7\u00e3o para o tr\u00e1fico, al\u00e9m da apreens\u00e3o de coca\u00edna, maconha, ecstasy, dinheiro, balan\u00e7a de precis\u00e3o e aparelhos de telefonia celular.<\/p><p>A a\u00e7\u00e3o contou com apoio da 2\u00aa e 3\u00aa Delegacias de Pol\u00edcia Civil de Chapec\u00f3, Delegacias de Pol\u00edcia dos Munic\u00edpios de Guatambu, Cunhata\u00ed, \u00c1guas de Chapec\u00f3 e Jardin\u00f3polis, policiais civis da opera\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cProtetores\u201d e os N\u00facleos de Opera\u00e7\u00f5es com C\u00e3es de S\u00e3o Louren\u00e7o e Chapec\u00f3.<\/p><p>Ap\u00f3s o interrogat\u00f3rio e os procedimentos legais, os investigados foram encaminhados para o sistema prisional, local em que permanecer\u00e3o \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a.<\/p><p><strong>Entenda o caso<\/strong><\/p><p>No dia 11 de janeiro deste ano, tr\u00eas suspeitos, um deles vestindo roupas de entregador, compareceu a uma resid\u00eancia, no bairro Engenho Braun, informando ter uma mercadoria para a moradora do im\u00f3vel.<\/p><p>Ao abrir a porta da resid\u00eancia, uma senhora idosa foi rendida pelos investigados, que estavam na posse de armas de fogo, ocasi\u00e3o em que anunciaram o roubo, subtraindo, posteriormente, mediante restri\u00e7\u00e3o da liberdade da ofendida, joias avaliadas na import\u00e2ncia de R$30 mil, empreendendo fuga, logo em seguida.
