juntamente com a Vigil\u00e2ncia Sanit\u00e1ria de Itaja\u00ed, apreenderam 14 equipamentos de bronzeamento artificial durante opera\u00e7\u00e3o na manh\u00e3 desta quarta-feira (11\/03).<\/p><p>A a\u00e7\u00e3o visou combater o uso irregular de c\u00e2maras que emitem radia\u00e7\u00e3o ultravioleta (UV) para fins est\u00e9ticos, pr\u00e1tica proibida no Brasil, batizada de Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Bronzeamento. A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o come\u00e7ou em agosto de 2025 onde verificou-se que os equipamentos estavam sendo usados de forma irregular em diferentes estabelecimentos.<\/p><p>Durante a opera\u00e7\u00e3o, foram cumpridos 08 mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o nos endere\u00e7os localizados nos bairros S\u00e3o Vicente, S\u00e3o Jo\u00e3o, S\u00e3o Judas, Cordeiros e Centro.<\/p><p>Al\u00e9m das 14 m\u00e1quinas de bronzeamento, as equipes tamb\u00e9m apreenderam insumos usados na atividade, como fitas adesivas para montagem de biqu\u00edni e produtos aceleradores de bronzeado sem registro sanit\u00e1rio. Esta opera\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 considerada \u201ca maior apreens\u00e3o desse tipo de maquin\u00e1rio j\u00e1 registrado em Santa Catarina\u201d.<\/p><p>O uso de c\u00e2maras de bronzeamento artificial para fins est\u00e9ticos \u00e9 proibido no Brasil desde 2009. A restri\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 prevista na resolu\u00e7\u00e3o da diretoria colegiada (RDC) 56\/2009 da Ag\u00eancia Nacional de Vigil\u00e2ncia Sanit\u00e1ria (Anvisa).
