Comarca de Penha, finalizou o inqu\u00e9rito policial que apurava as circunst\u00e2ncias de um acidente fatal com um piloto de motociclismo, ocorrido durante uma apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o acrob\u00e1tica em um parque tem\u00e1tico da regi\u00e3o.<\/p><p>A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o contou com um trabalho pericial realizado pela Pol\u00edcia Cient\u00edfica (PCI). Foram efetuadas an\u00e1lises completas tanto no local do sinistro quanto na motocicleta utilizada, que passou por inspe\u00e7\u00f5es mec\u00e2nicas, estruturais e diagn\u00f3sticos eletr\u00f4nicos.<\/p><p>Al\u00e9m disso, os exames m\u00e9dico-legais e toxicol\u00f3gicos confirmaram que a causa do \u00f3bito foi decorrente das les\u00f5es sofridas no impacto, descartando a influ\u00eancia de subst\u00e2ncias que pudessem comprometer os reflexos ou a capacidade psicomotora do condutor.<\/p><p>Diante do conjunto probat\u00f3rio, a Pol\u00edcia Civil concluiu que o fato decorreu de riscos inerentes \u00e0 pr\u00f3pria atividade profissional desempenhada, sem ind\u00edcios de responsabilidade criminal de terceiros.
