Racismo e a Delitos de Intoler\u00e2ncia (DRRDI\/DEIC), deflagrou, na manh\u00e3 desta sexta-feira (13\/03), a Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Malta, com objetivo de cumprir mandado de busca e apreens\u00e3o em desfavor de um estudante universit\u00e1rio investigado pela pr\u00e1tica do crime de apologia ao nazismo.<\/p><p>A opera\u00e7\u00e3o, coordenada pela DRRDI\/DEIC, contou com apoio das equipes da DEDIR\/DEIC e da DRD\/DEIC. A ordem judicial foi cumprida em um endere\u00e7o na Capital.<\/p><p>As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es tiveram in\u00edcio ap\u00f3s den\u00fancias no sentido de que o investigado estaria utilizando s\u00edmbolos extremistas em sua biografia na rede social Instagram. Entre os elementos identificados estavam as runas \u201cSig\u201d \u2013 associadas \u00e0 organiza\u00e7\u00e3o paramilitar nazista SS &#8211; e a Cruz de Ferro.<\/p><p>A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o apurou que o suspeito chegou a desativar temporariamente o perfil e, ao reativ\u00e1-lo, manteve apenas a simbologia da Cruz de Ferro, em aparente tentativa de dissimular a manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o de sua ideologia.
