Animal (DPA), concluiu uma das mais extensas investiga\u00e7\u00f5es sobre a pr\u00e1tica de Farra do Boi no estado, resultando no indiciamento de 40 homens pelos crimes de maus-tratos a animais e associa\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa. O inqu\u00e9rito \u00e9 fruto de um trabalho de intelig\u00eancia que superou o anonimato desses eventos e a dificuldade de acesso aos locais das ocorr\u00eancias em Governador Celso Ramos.<\/p><p>Diferente das abordagens convencionais, que costumavam responsabilizar apenas quem era flagrado no momento do ato, a Pol\u00edcia Civil estruturou a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o para identificar toda a cadeia log\u00edstica. Ao longo de mais de um ano, foram analisadas imagens e realizadas quebras de sigilo de dados telef\u00f4nicos e telem\u00e1ticos, fundamentais para vincular 22 epis\u00f3dios il\u00edcitos, alguns sem registro formal pr\u00e9vio, e individualizar a conduta dos envolvidos.<\/p><p>O uso da tecnologia permitiu que os investigadores chegassem aos organizadores, financiadores, transportadores e vendedores dos bovinos. A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o revelou a exist\u00eancia de grupos organizados para a arrecada\u00e7\u00e3o de valores (as chamadas \u201cvaquinhas\u201d), destinados tanto \u00e0 compra dos animais quanto ao pagamento de advogados e de multas administrativas aplicadas aos participantes abordados anteriormente.<\/p><p>A configura\u00e7\u00e3o de associa\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa foi refor\u00e7ada pela repeti\u00e7\u00e3o de nomes na articula\u00e7\u00e3o de aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o e transporte do animal, com rateio de valores at\u00e9 mesmo de preju\u00edzos, demonstrando uma divis\u00e3o de tarefas estruturada.<\/p><p>A Pol\u00edcia Civil reitera que a Farra do Boi n\u00e3o \u00e9 cultura, mas tortura, representando um retrocesso \u00e9tico. Os indiciados respondem agora perante o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico e o Poder Judici\u00e1rio.
