da Comarca de Gaspar, deflagrou na manh\u00e3 desta ter\u00e7a-feira (24) uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o para o cumprimento de mandado de busca e apreens\u00e3o na resid\u00eancia de um investigado por disparo de arma de fogo. A a\u00e7\u00e3o resultou na apreens\u00e3o de 11 armas e na pris\u00e3o em flagrante do propriet\u00e1rio do im\u00f3vel.<\/p><p>As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es tiveram in\u00edcio ap\u00f3s um crime ocorrido em dezembro de 2025, na Rua Niter\u00f3i. Na ocasi\u00e3o, durante uma discuss\u00e3o em via p\u00fablica, o investigado efetuou um disparo contra o solo, cujo proj\u00e9til ricocheteou e atingiu a perna de outra pessoa. Imagens do evento circularam em redes sociais, auxiliando a equipe de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o na identifica\u00e7\u00e3o do autor, que fugiu em uma motocicleta logo ap\u00f3s o fato.<\/p><p>Com base nos elementos colhidos, a autoridade policial representou pela busca e apreens\u00e3o no domic\u00edlio do suspeito. Durante as buscas realizadas nesta manh\u00e3 (24), os agentes localizaram 6 armas de fogo e 7 armas de press\u00e3o.<\/p><p>O homem foi conduzido \u00e0 Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia de Gaspar, onde foi autuado em flagrante pelo crime de posse irregular de arma de fogo.
