das delegacias de Riqueza e Monda\u00ed, cumpriu um mandado de pris\u00e3o contra um homem de 32 anos na regi\u00e3o, nesta sexta-feira (27\/03). A ordem judicial foi expedida pela Vara de Execu\u00e7\u00f5es Penais da Comarca de Chapec\u00f3, ap\u00f3s a revoga\u00e7\u00e3o do benef\u00edcio de livramento condicional que havia sido concedido anteriormente ao apenado.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"4\">O magistrado respons\u00e1vel determinou o retorno do indiv\u00edduo ao regime fechado para o cumprimento do restante de suas penas, que somadas totalizam mais de 12 anos de reclus\u00e3o. As condena\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o decorrentes de crimes de roubo e furto. A decis\u00e3o judicial levou em conta as diretrizes da Lei de Execu\u00e7\u00e3o Penal e as atualiza\u00e7\u00f5es legislativas vigentes desde 2020, refor\u00e7ando o rigor no acompanhamento de egressos do sistema prisional.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"5\">Ap\u00f3s a captura, o homem foi conduzido para os procedimentos legais e encaminhado ao Pres\u00eddio Regional de S\u00e3o Miguel do Oeste, onde permanece \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a para a continuidade do cumprimento da pena.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pol\u00edcia Civil cumpre mandado de pris\u00e3o em Riqueza contra homem de 32 anos.
