Divis\u00e3o de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o Criminal (DIC) de Lages, e a Pol\u00edcia Militar deflagraram uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta na manh\u00e3 desta ter\u00e7a-feira (31) para o combate a uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa armada na Serra Catarinense. A a\u00e7\u00e3o visou o cumprimento de 13 mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o e cinco mandados de pris\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria contra investigados pelos crimes de homic\u00eddio qualificado tentado, tortura e integra\u00e7\u00e3o em organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"4\">Durante a dilig\u00eancia para o cumprimento de uma das ordens judiciais, um dos alvos, que exercia fun\u00e7\u00e3o de lideran\u00e7a no grupo, entrou em confronto armado com as equipes policiais. O investigado foi alvejado e veio a \u00f3bito no local, tendo os policiais agido em leg\u00edtima defesa. Al\u00e9m do cumprimento de quatro mandados de pris\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria, a opera\u00e7\u00e3o resultou na pris\u00e3o em flagrante de quatro pessoas pelos crimes de tr\u00e1fico de drogas, associa\u00e7\u00e3o para o tr\u00e1fico e porte ilegal de arma de fogo.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"5\">Nas buscas realizadas em diversos pontos do munic\u00edpio, foram apreendidas duas armas de fogo, sendo uma pistola e uma arma longa, al\u00e9m de por\u00e7\u00f5es de maconha, coca\u00edna e crack. Os policiais tamb\u00e9m localizaram balan\u00e7as de precis\u00e3o e documentos com anota\u00e7\u00f5es relacionadas \u00e0s atividades da fac\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa.
