Fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de Jogos, Divers\u00f5es P\u00fablicas e Produtos Controlados (GEFID) e dos setores de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o das sedes das Delegacias Regionais de Pol\u00edcia, participou, no dia 31 de mar\u00e7o, da 3\u00aa fase da opera\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cAequus\u201d, juntamente com o Procon do Estado de Santa Catarina.<\/p><p>A a\u00e7\u00e3o de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, realizada nas 31 regionais do estado e na Capital, teve como objetivo verificar o abuso de pre\u00e7os praticados e fiscalizar a regularidade administrativa de postos de combust\u00edveis em todo o estado, especialmente quanto \u00e0 exig\u00eancia de alvar\u00e1 anual expedido pela Pol\u00edcia Civil, em raz\u00e3o da comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o de produtos controlados.<\/p><p>Ao todo, foram fiscalizados 61 postos de combust\u00edveis, em conjunto com os PROCONs municipais. Durante a opera\u00e7\u00e3o, 31 estabelecimentos foram autuados por irregularidades, sendo constatada, principalmente, a aus\u00eancia do alvar\u00e1 vigente da Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina.<\/p><p>A Ger\u00eancia Estadual de Fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de Jogos, Divers\u00f5es P\u00fablicas e Produtos Controlados ressalta a import\u00e2ncia da regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o dos estabelecimentos para que atuem dentro da legalidade, tendo em vista que a atividade envolve produtos controlados, cuja fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 essencial para a seguran\u00e7a coletiva e o cumprimento da legisla\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p>Os estabelecimentos autuados ser\u00e3o notificados, responder\u00e3o a processo administrativo fiscalizat\u00f3rio e poder\u00e3o sofrer san\u00e7\u00f5es, incluindo a interdi\u00e7\u00e3o das atividades, conforme a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o vigente, caso n\u00e3o providenciem a
