Delegacia de Repress\u00e3o a Roubos do Departamento de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o Criminal (DIC) de Chapec\u00f3, cumpriu um mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva na tarde desta ter\u00e7a-feira (07\/04) contra um homem de 40 anos. O investigado \u00e9 suspeito de participar de um roubo majorado ocorrido em fevereiro, no qual um ve\u00edculo foi subtra\u00eddo mediante o uso de armas de fogo.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"4\">O crime aconteceu na madrugada de 13 de fevereiro, quando dois homens armados renderam um grupo de pessoas e fugiram com um autom\u00f3vel. Durante a fuga, os autores colidiram contra o muro de uma resid\u00eancia no bairro Passo dos Fortes, sendo presos em flagrante na ocasi\u00e3o. A continuidade das investiga\u00e7\u00f5es permitiu identificar o terceiro suspeito, preso nesta ter\u00e7a-feira, que teria prestado apoio log\u00edstico levando os executores ao local e dando suporte \u00e0 a\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"5\">As apura\u00e7\u00f5es apontaram que o grupo tinha como objetivo utilizar o ve\u00edculo roubado para a pr\u00e1tica de um homic\u00eddio. Diante das provas colhidas, a Autoridade Policial representou pela pris\u00e3o preventiva e por mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o, que foram deferidos pelo Poder Judici\u00e1rio ap\u00f3s manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o favor\u00e1vel do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico.
