Delegacia de Repress\u00e3o a Roubos do Departamento de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o Criminal (DIC) de Chapec\u00f3, prendeu preventivamente, na tarde desta quarta-feira (8), um empres\u00e1rio e uma arquiteta suspeitos de aplicarem diversos golpes de estelionato no munic\u00edpio. A opera\u00e7\u00e3o contou com o apoio da Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia de S\u00e3o Borja (RS), cidade onde o casal foi localizado e capturado. O preju\u00edzo estimado causado \u00e0s v\u00edtimas ultrapassa a marca de R$ 14 milh\u00f5es.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"5\">As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es apontam que, em 2023, os suspeitos abriram uma empresa de engenharia e arquitetura em Chapec\u00f3 para oferecer a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de casas de alto padr\u00e3o, com contratos que chegavam a R$ 2,4 milh\u00f5es. No entanto, os investigados captavam recursos de diversos clientes simultaneamente e, ap\u00f3s constru\u00edrem apenas cerca de 15% de cada obra, ficavam com o valor integral dos pagamentos e abandonavam os empreendimentos. Ao final de 2025, os suspeitos empreenderam fuga para S\u00e3o Borja, no Rio Grande do Sul, onde constitu\u00edram uma nova empresa com um CNPJ diferente para dar continuidade \u00e0s pr\u00e1ticas il\u00edcitas.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"6\">O inqu\u00e9rito policial, que apura os crimes de estelionato e lavagem de capitais, foi instaurado no in\u00edcio de 2026 ap\u00f3s a concentra\u00e7\u00e3o dos registros de ocorr\u00eancia na Delegacia especializada. Os policiais civis localizaram os suspeitos em S\u00e3o Borja, onde estavam construindo uma resid\u00eancia para benef\u00edcio pr\u00f3prio. Durante o cumprimento dos mandados de pris\u00e3o e de busca e apreens\u00e3o, foram apreendidos aparelhos celulares, um computador, 18 cart\u00f5es de cr\u00e9dito e a quantia de R$ 21,5 mil em esp\u00e9cie.
