Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia de Santa Cec\u00edlia, cumpriu um mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva e outro de busca e apreens\u00e3o domiciliar, nesta sexta-feira (10\/04) contra um homem investigado por duas tentativas de homic\u00eddio no munic\u00edpio. A opera\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 o resultado de uma investiga\u00e7\u00e3o que apurou dois epis\u00f3dios de viol\u00eancia distintos envolvendo o mesmo autor e a mesma v\u00edtima.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"4\">O primeiro caso ocorreu em dezembro de 2025, ap\u00f3s um desentendimento em um estabelecimento comercial onde a v\u00edtima sofreu uma les\u00e3o grave no pesco\u00e7o. Embora inicialmente registrado como les\u00e3o corporal, o avan\u00e7o das apura\u00e7\u00f5es permitiu \u00e0 Pol\u00edcia Civil identificar o intuito de matar. O segundo epis\u00f3dio foi registrado em janeiro de 2026, quando o investigado, ap\u00f3s novo conflito, retornou armado ao local e tentou disparar contra o ofendido, n\u00e3o consumando o crime por circunst\u00e2ncias alheias \u00e0 sua vontade.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"5\">Com base nas provas reunidas, a autoridade policial representou pelas medidas cautelares, que receberam parecer favor\u00e1vel do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico e foram deferidas pelo Judici\u00e1rio. A a\u00e7\u00e3o contou com o apoio da Divis\u00e3o de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o Criminal (DIC) e do N\u00facleo de Opera\u00e7\u00f5es com C\u00e3es (NOC) de Curitibanos, al\u00e9m da Pol\u00edcia Militar de Santa Cec\u00edlia.
