nesta quinta-feira (23), da senten\u00e7a condenat\u00f3ria proferida contra dois homens investigados pela Delegacia de Combate \u00e0s Drogas (DECOD) de Chapec\u00f3. A decis\u00e3o judicial \u00e9 resultado de um inqu\u00e9rito que desarticulou a comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o de entorpecentes e a estrutura organizada do grupo na regi\u00e3o.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"4\">O trabalho de intelig\u00eancia e as dilig\u00eancias realizadas pela DECOD foram fundamentais para comprovar o v\u00ednculo associativo entre os criminosos, subsidiando a den\u00fancia do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico. Com base nas provas colhidas, o primeiro investigado foi condenado pelos crimes de tr\u00e1fico de drogas e associa\u00e7\u00e3o para o tr\u00e1fico, com pena fixada em 8 anos de reclus\u00e3o em regime inicial fechado, al\u00e9m do pagamento de 1.200 dias-multa. O segundo envolvido recebeu a pena de 3 anos de reclus\u00e3o em regime inicial semiaberto, com 700 dias-multa, pelo crime de associa\u00e7\u00e3o para o tr\u00e1fico.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"5\">A condena\u00e7\u00e3o refor\u00e7a o rigor no combate ao tr\u00e1fico organizado no Oeste Catarinense.
