Delegacia de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Crian\u00e7a, Adolescente, Mulher e Idoso (DPCAMI) de Joinville, deflagrou na tarde desta quinta-feira (23\/04) uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o para o cumprimento de mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o expedidos pelo Poder Judici\u00e1rio. A a\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 desdobramento de uma investiga\u00e7\u00e3o que apura crimes graves praticados no contexto de viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica e familiar, com foco especial no descumprimento reiterado de medidas protetivas de urg\u00eancia por parte do investigado.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"5\">De acordo com as dilig\u00eancias conduzidas pela unidade especializada, o suspeito vinha ignorando sistematicamente as ordens judiciais de afastamento, apresentando uma progressiva escalada de viol\u00eancia contra a v\u00edtima. Durante a ofensiva policial, as equipes concentraram as buscas nos bairros Paranagu\u00e1-Mirim e Boa Vista, onde localizaram e apreenderam um aparelho celular.
