\u00e0 Crian\u00e7a, ao Adolescente, \u00e0 Mulher e ao Idoso (DPCAMI) de Mafra, concluiu o Inqu\u00e9rito Policial que apurou o crime de les\u00e3o corporal no contexto de viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica e familiar. A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o teve in\u00edcio em agosto de 2025, ap\u00f3s uma mulher de 31 anos denunciar ter sido agredida pelo ent\u00e3o companheiro no bairro Jardim Am\u00e9rica. Conforme apurado, a agress\u00e3o ocorreu ap\u00f3s uma discuss\u00e3o entre o casal, sendo que o autor, tamb\u00e9m de 31 anos, fugiu logo ap\u00f3s o crime e n\u00e3o foi mais localizado pelas autoridades.<\/p><p>Durante o curso do procedimento, foram realizadas diversas dilig\u00eancias nos endere\u00e7os conhecidos do suspeito, por\u00e9m ele permanece foragido, o que motivou a intensifica\u00e7\u00e3o das buscas. Apesar da aus\u00eancia do investigado, o trabalho t\u00e9cnico da Pol\u00edcia Civil permitiu a reuni\u00e3o de provas robustas de materialidade e autoria, incluindo a confirma\u00e7\u00e3o da agress\u00e3o via laudo pericial, o indiciamento formal do autor e a obten\u00e7\u00e3o de Medidas Protetivas de Urg\u00eancia em favor da v\u00edtima.
