da Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia da Comarca de Abelardo Luz, cumpriu na \u00faltima sexta-feira (24\/04) um mandado de pris\u00e3o expedido pelo Poder Judici\u00e1rio em desfavor de um homem de 28 anos. A ordem judicial, oriunda da Vara \u00danica da Comarca, foi motivada pela regress\u00e3o de regime do sentenciado, que possui condena\u00e7\u00f5es pelos crimes de tr\u00e1fico de entorpecentes, associa\u00e7\u00e3o para o tr\u00e1fico e les\u00e3o corporal qualificada no contexto de viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica e familiar contra a mulher.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"3\">Ap\u00f3s o recebimento do mandado, os agentes do Setor de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o e Capturas (SIC) iniciaram dilig\u00eancias e monitoramento para localizar o paradeiro do indiv\u00edduo, logrando \u00eaxito em efetuar a captura no bairro Centro. Ap\u00f3s a formaliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos procedimentos legais na delegacia, o preso foi encaminhado ao Pres\u00eddio Regional de Xanxer\u00ea, onde permanece \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a para o cumprimento da pena.
