a\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta entre as Delegacias de Pol\u00edcia de Xaxim, Marema e Lajeado Grande, cumpriu na tarde desta segunda-feira (27\/04) um mandado de busca e apreens\u00e3o em uma propriedade rural no munic\u00edpio de Xaxim. A dilig\u00eancia \u00e9 desdobramento de um procedimento policial que apura o crime de amea\u00e7a, no qual o investigado, um homem de 52 anos, teria intimidado a v\u00edtima mediante a men\u00e7\u00e3o expressa ao uso de armas de fogo.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"3\">Durante as buscas no im\u00f3vel, os policiais civis localizaram e apreenderam quatro armas de fogo. Embora os armamentos possu\u00edssem registro legal, a autoridade policial determinou a apreens\u00e3o de todos os itens por guardarem rela\u00e7\u00e3o direta com o contexto das amea\u00e7as investigadas e como medida preventiva para evitar a escalada da viol\u00eancia ou a ocorr\u00eancia de crimes mais graves.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"4\">O material apreendido foi encaminhado \u00e0 unidade policial para os procedimentos cab\u00edveis e seguir\u00e1 \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PCSC apreende quatro armas de fogo em propriedade rural de Xaxim.
