da Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia de \u00c1guas de Chapec\u00f3, com apoio de unidades da regi\u00e3o, cumpriu nesta quarta-feira (29\/04) dois mandados de pris\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria e dois mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o. A opera\u00e7\u00e3o visa desarticular a autoria de uma tentativa de homic\u00eddio qualificado ocorrida no \u00faltimo dia 26 de abril.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"3\">As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es indicam que o crime foi motivado por um desentendimento banal de tr\u00e2nsito. Inicialmente, a v\u00edtima foi amea\u00e7ada com arma de fogo em um posto de combust\u00edveis em S\u00e3o Carlos. Na sequ\u00eancia, os investigados teriam armado uma emboscada na rodovia SC-283, em \u00c1guas de Chapec\u00f3, simulando uma pane mec\u00e2nica para bloquear a pista. Assim que a v\u00edtima parou o autom\u00f3vel, foi surpreendida por disparos de arma de fogo, conseguindo sobreviver ap\u00f3s buscar atendimento m\u00e9dico.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"4\">Diante das evid\u00eancias de tentativa de homic\u00eddio qualificado por motivo f\u00fatil e recurso que impossibilitou a defesa da v\u00edtima, al\u00e9m de amea\u00e7a e porte ilegal de arma de fogo, a Pol\u00edcia Civil representou pelas medidas cautelares prontamente deferidas pelo Judici\u00e1rio. Os dois homens foram localizados, presos e encaminhados ao Sistema Prisional, onde permanecem \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a.
