da Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia de Gaspar, prendeu em flagrante um homem de 34 anos na manh\u00e3 desta quarta-feira (29\/04). A a\u00e7\u00e3o ocorreu no bairro Gasparinho e resultou na apreens\u00e3o de muni\u00e7\u00f5es de uso restrito e de calibre permitido. O suspeito era investigado ap\u00f3s den\u00fancias de que estaria realizando amea\u00e7as com o emprego de armas de fogo, o que motivou a instaura\u00e7\u00e3o de procedimento policial e a confirma\u00e7\u00e3o dos ind\u00edcios pela equipe de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"3\">Com base nos elementos de prova colhidos, a Pol\u00edcia Civil representou pelo mandado de busca e apreens\u00e3o na resid\u00eancia do investigado, medida que recebeu parecer favor\u00e1vel do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico e foi deferida pelo Poder Judici\u00e1rio. Durante o cumprimento da ordem judicial, os agentes localizaram as muni\u00e7\u00f5es, configurando o crime de posse irregular de muni\u00e7\u00e3o de uso restrito, conforme o Estatuto do Desarmamento.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"4\">Ap\u00f3s a formaliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos procedimentos legais na unidade policial, o homem foi encaminhado ao sistema prisional, onde permanece \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a.
