da Delegacia de Homic\u00eddios de Joinville, deflagrou nesta quinta-feira (30\/04) mais uma fase da Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Ruptura, voltada ao combate de crimes contra a vida e ao enfrentamento de organiza\u00e7\u00f5es criminosas na regi\u00e3o. A a\u00e7\u00e3o resultou no cumprimento de mandados de pris\u00e3o preventiva e de busca e apreens\u00e3o contra um homem investigado por uma tentativa de homic\u00eddio doloso ocorrida em 23 de mar\u00e7o de 2026, no bairro Jardim Para\u00edso.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"3\">Segundo a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, o suspeito, utilizando uma motocicleta, aproximou-se da v\u00edtima em via p\u00fablica e efetuou diversos disparos de arma de fogo, atingindo-a e colocando em risco pedestres e crian\u00e7as que estavam no local. O trabalho de intelig\u00eancia e pol\u00edcia judici\u00e1ria permitiu a reconstru\u00e7\u00e3o da din\u00e2mica do crime e a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o da autoria. Com base no conjunto probat\u00f3rio, a autoridade policial representou pelas medidas cautelares, que receberam parecer favor\u00e1vel do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico e foram deferidas pelo Poder Judici\u00e1rio.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"4\">O investigado foi localizado em sua resid\u00eancia durante a opera\u00e7\u00e3o, que contou com planejamento t\u00e1tico para evitar poss\u00edveis tentativas de fuga. Ap\u00f3s a captura e os procedimentos legais na unidade policial, o preso foi encaminhado ao Sistema Prisional, onde permanece \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a.
