da 1\u00aa Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia da Capital e de seu Setor de Investiga\u00e7\u00f5es Criminais (SIC), cumpriu mandado de busca e apreens\u00e3o em repress\u00e3o aos crimes de recepta\u00e7\u00e3o de celulares e posse ilegal de arma de fogo. A a\u00e7\u00e3o foi motivada por den\u00fancias e dilig\u00eancias investigativas que apontaram a exist\u00eancia de armamento de uso restrito em posse do investigado.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"3\">Durante as buscas no im\u00f3vel alvo da opera\u00e7\u00e3o, os policiais civis localizaram e apreenderam um rev\u00f3lver, muni\u00e7\u00f5es e diversas capas de aparelhos celulares. O material apreendido ser\u00e1 submetido a per\u00edcia e an\u00e1lise para instruir o inqu\u00e9rito policial em curso.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"4\">O investigado, que j\u00e1 possui antecedentes criminais por recepta\u00e7\u00e3o, foi preso em flagrante pela posse da arma de uso restrito. Ap\u00f3s a formaliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos procedimentos legais na unidade policial, o detido foi colocado \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do Poder Judici\u00e1rio.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PCSC apreende rev\u00f3lver e prende homem por posse de arma de uso restrito na Capital.
