opera\u00e7\u00e3o que resultou na pris\u00e3o em flagrante de tr\u00eas homens suspeitos de comercializarem ilegalmente anabolizantes e a subst\u00e2ncia &#8220;tizerpatida&#8221;, em Gaspar. A conduta configura crime contra a sa\u00fade p\u00fablica, conforme o artigo 273 do C\u00f3digo Penal, com penas que podem chegar a 15 anos de reclus\u00e3o.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"3\">As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, coordenadas pelo Setor de Investiga\u00e7\u00f5es Criminais, iniciaram em abril ap\u00f3s um homem de 58 anos apresentar graves complica\u00e7\u00f5es de sa\u00fade ao consumir um anabolizante de origem estrangeira, sem registro na Anvisa, adquirido e aplicado em uma farm\u00e1cia da cidade. Durante o cumprimento de mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o no estabelecimento e em resid\u00eancias no dia 30 de abril, os agentes localizaram diversos frascos de subst\u00e2ncias sem registro sanit\u00e1rio, armazenados de forma irregular e sem controle t\u00e9rmico. Tamb\u00e9m foram apreendidos medicamentos de uso controlado mantidos fora do estabelecimento para venda sem prescri\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"4\">O desdobramento da a\u00e7\u00e3o ocorreu nesta segunda-feira (04\/05), com a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o e pris\u00e3o do suposto fornecedor dos produtos. Na resid\u00eancia deste terceiro envolvido, foram apreendidos novos lotes de anabolizantes, tizerpatida, materiais para aplica\u00e7\u00e3o, equipamentos de transporte t\u00e9rmico e cadernos com a contabilidade do esquema criminoso.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"5\">A Pol\u00edcia Civil ressalta a gravidade do caso, que quase resultou em \u00f3bito, e informa que as apura\u00e7\u00f5es prosseguem para desarticular toda a cadeia de fornecimento e identificar outros poss\u00edveis envolvidos na comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o de subst\u00e2ncias nocivas \u00e0 sa\u00fade p\u00fablica na
