Delegacia de Capturas da Diretoria Estadual de Investiga\u00e7\u00f5es Criminais (DECAP\/DEIC) prendeu um homem, natural de Bel\u00e9m (PA), que estava foragido pelo crime de roubo qualificado, previsto no art. 157, \u00a72 do CP. O crime ocorreu dia 22 de abril deste ano, em Bel\u00e9m. O autor fugiu para Santa Catarina ap\u00f3s os fatos, onde permaneceu escondido at\u00e9 a pris\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s receber solicita\u00e7\u00e3o de apoio da Divis\u00e3o de Repress\u00e3o a Furtos e Roubos da PCPA para o cumprimento da ordem judicial, os policiais da DECAP\/DEIC da PCSC deram continuidade \u00e0s dilig\u00eancias para localiza\u00e7\u00e3o e pris\u00e3o do investigado.<\/p>\n<p>Na manh\u00e3 de hoje (06\/05), o foragido foi localizado por policiais da DECAP\/DEIC em uma resid\u00eancia no bairro Forquilhas, na cidade de S\u00e3o Jos\u00e9, onde foi abordado, identificado e preso.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Entenda o caso<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"20\" data-end=\"404\">O crime ocorreu quando tr\u00eas homens e uma mulher, vestidos com roupas semelhantes \u00e0s utilizadas por policiais civis, renderam o propriet\u00e1rio da joalheria, mantendo uma arma apontada para a cabe\u00e7a da v\u00edtima durante toda a a\u00e7\u00e3o. Rapidamente, os suspeitos subtra\u00edram joias e outros bens de alto valor do estabelecimento e fugiram.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DECAP\/DEIC<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Den\u00fancias e informa\u00e7\u00f5es relacionadas a foragidos da Justi\u00e7a podem ser encaminhadas para o e-mail deic-capturas@pc.sc.gov.br.
