da Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia do Munic\u00edpio de Saudades, com o apoio da Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia da Comarca de Pinhalzinho, deflagrou na tarde desta quarta-feira (06\/05) uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o policial para coibir o fornecimento de subst\u00e2ncias que causam depend\u00eancia a crian\u00e7as e adolescentes. A a\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 desdobramento de uma investiga\u00e7\u00e3o que apura a comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o irregular de cigarros eletr\u00f4nicos, conhecidos como &#8220;pods&#8221;, para menores de idade na regi\u00e3o.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"3\">Durante o cumprimento de dois mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o, realizados em uma resid\u00eancia e em um estabelecimento comercial, as equipes policiais apreenderam diversos dispositivos de fumo eletr\u00f4nico e acess\u00f3rios. A conduta investigada tipifica, em tese, o crime previsto no artigo 243 do Estatuto da Crian\u00e7a e do Adolescente (ECA), al\u00e9m de configurar poss\u00edvel crime contra as rela\u00e7\u00f5es de consumo, conforme a Lei n\u00ba 8.137\/90, devido \u00e0 comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o de produtos em desacordo com as normas sanit\u00e1rias vigentes.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"4\">O procedimento policial encontra-se em fase de conclus\u00e3o e ser\u00e1 encaminhado ao Poder Judici\u00e1rio e ao Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico para as provid\u00eancias cab\u00edveis.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PCSC apreende cigarros eletr\u00f4nicos em Saudades durante opera\u00e7\u00e3o contra a venda de subst\u00e2ncias para menores.
