Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por interm\u00e9dio da Delegacia de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o de Crimes Ambientais e contra as Rela\u00e7\u00f5es de Consumo (DCAC\/DEIC), deflagrou nesta quinta-feira (07\/05) a Opera\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cFake Brand 2\u201d. A ofensiva teve como foco o combate a uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa voltada \u00e0 pirataria e \u00e0 viola\u00e7\u00e3o de direitos de marca no estado.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"3\">A opera\u00e7\u00e3o mobilizou equipes para o cumprimento de nove mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o em pontos estrat\u00e9gicos na cidade de Brusque, abrangendo resid\u00eancias de investigados, estabelecimentos comerciais e galp\u00f5es utilizados para o armazenamento e distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de mercadorias il\u00edcitas. Durante as dilig\u00eancias, os agentes localizaram um volume massivo de produtos contrafeitos, incluindo itens de vestu\u00e1rio de diversas marcas de luxo e esportivas, al\u00e9m de etiquetas, acess\u00f3rios e insumos utilizados na falsifica\u00e7\u00e3o das pe\u00e7as.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"4\">A Opera\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cFake Brand 2\u201d \u00e9 um desdobramento de investiga\u00e7\u00f5es cont\u00ednuas que visam desarticular esquemas de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o e venda de produtos &#8220;piratas&#8221; que prejudicam a economia catarinense, lesam o consumidor e alimentam a concorr\u00eancia desleal. Segundo a autoridade policial respons\u00e1vel, a a\u00e7\u00e3o refor\u00e7a o compromisso da Pol\u00edcia Civil em proteger as rela\u00e7\u00f5es de consumo e garantir que a ind\u00fastria legalizada n\u00e3o seja asfixiada pelo com\u00e9rcio de produtos falsificados.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"5\">Todo o material apreendido ser\u00e1 catalogado e passar\u00e1 por per\u00edcia t\u00e9cnica para subsidiar o inqu\u00e9rito policial. As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es prosseguem com o objetivo de identificar outros envolvidos e promover a desmobiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do capital il\u00edcito do grupo
