Estelionatos da Capital, com apoio operacional da Pol\u00edcia Civil do Cear\u00e1 (DESARME), cumpriu mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva expedido pela Vara Regional de Garantias da Comarca de Florian\u00f3polis em desfavor de investigado por envolvimento no golpe do \u201cfalso advogado\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o teve in\u00edcio em dezembro de 2025, ap\u00f3s uma v\u00edtima idosa de Florian\u00f3polis sofrer preju\u00edzo aproximado de R$ 750 mil. No golpe, os criminosos entram em contato com a v\u00edtima se passando por integrantes do escrit\u00f3rio de advocacia respons\u00e1vel por uma a\u00e7\u00e3o judicial, informando falsamente que haveria valores a serem recebidos. Durante a fraude, a v\u00edtima \u00e9 induzida a realizar transfer\u00eancias banc\u00e1rias sob o pretexto de libera\u00e7\u00e3o do suposto cr\u00e9dito judicial.<\/p>\n<p>As dilig\u00eancias conduzidas pela DCE permitiram identificar o principal executor da fraude, bem como apontar sua vincula\u00e7\u00e3o a associa\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa anteriormente desarticulada pela Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina.<\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s a pris\u00e3o de parte do grupo criminoso, o investigado mudou-se para Fortaleza\/CE, onde passou a ser monitorado pela equipe da DCE at\u00e9 a decreta\u00e7\u00e3o da pris\u00e3o preventiva, ocorrida ontem. Logo ap\u00f3s a expedi\u00e7\u00e3o do mandado, policiais civis do Cear\u00e1 prenderam o investigado em sua resid\u00eancia.<\/p>\n<p>O suspeito responder\u00e1 pelos crimes de fraude eletr\u00f4nica e associa\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa.
