Na ocasi\u00e3o, foi lavrado Auto de Pris\u00e3o em Flagrante contra o propriet\u00e1rio da resid\u00eancia pela pr\u00e1tica dos crimes previstos nos artigos 12 e 16 da Lei n. 10826\/03.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-size );\">Informa\u00e7\u00f5es preliminares, obtidas pela Pol\u00edcia Civil atrav\u00e9s da Pol\u00edcia Militar, indicavam que o suspeito possu\u00eda diversas armas de fogo em seu poder. O homem foi encaminhado ao Sistema Prisional e segue \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a.
