nesta quinta-feira (21\/05), a &#8220;Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Emaranhado&#8221; para cumprir ordens judiciais expedidas pelo Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a de Santa Catarina. O objetivo da a\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 colher elementos probat\u00f3rios para a apura\u00e7\u00e3o de poss\u00edveis fraudes e direcionamento em procedimentos licitat\u00f3rios no munic\u00edpio de Xavantina, al\u00e9m de outras irregularidades contra a Administra\u00e7\u00e3o P\u00fablica.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"2\">A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 conduzida pela 5\u00aa Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia Especializada no Combate \u00e0 Corrup\u00e7\u00e3o (5\u00aa DECOR) de Chapec\u00f3. Ao todo, foram cumpridos 23 mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o nos munic\u00edpios de Xavantina, Xanxer\u00ea, Chapec\u00f3 e Seara. As ordens judiciais visaram endere\u00e7os de agentes p\u00fablicos, particulares e empresas suspeitas de envolvimento no esquema, com o intuito de arrecadar documentos, registros financeiros e dispositivos eletr\u00f4nicos relevantes para o caso.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"3\">Durante as buscas em um dos alvos, foram apreendidas quatro armas de fogo e diversas muni\u00e7\u00f5es. Um homem foi preso em flagrante por posse de arma de fogo de uso permitido, sendo liberado posteriormente mediante o pagamento de fian\u00e7a.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"4\">A ofensiva mobilizou mais de 50 policiais civis de diversas unidades, incluindo equipes das opera\u00e7\u00f5es Protetor das Fronteiras e Programa Brasil Contra o Crime Organizado. A Pol\u00edcia Civil destaca o apoio do Poder Judici\u00e1rio e do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico na viabiliza\u00e7\u00e3o da a\u00e7\u00e3o.
