As ordens judiciais miraram um homem de 20 anos e tr\u00eas adolescentes (de 15, 16 e 17 anos) investigados por um homic\u00eddio ocorrido em 8 de fevereiro deste ano, no Morro da Edith.<\/p><p>As medidas cautelares foram deferidas pelo Poder Judici\u00e1rio ap\u00f3s representa\u00e7\u00e3o da delegacia especializada. A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o apontou que o crime foi planejado e executado sob ordens de uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa local, funcionando como um &#8220;tribunal do crime&#8221;.<\/p><p>O investigado de 20 anos, de nacionalidade venezuelana, foi localizado na segunda-feira enquanto comemorava o pr\u00f3prio anivers\u00e1rio. Contra ele, as equipes tamb\u00e9m cumpriram outros dois mandados de interna\u00e7\u00e3o pendentes das comarcas de Crici\u00fama e Blumenau, por atos infracionais an\u00e1logos a tr\u00e1fico de drogas e tentativa de homic\u00eddio praticados quando ainda era menor. J\u00e1 os tr\u00eas adolescentes foram apreendidos na manh\u00e3 de ter\u00e7a-feira.<\/p><p>O homem foi encaminhado ao Pres\u00eddio Regional de Blumenau, onde permanece \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a.
