Na a\u00e7\u00e3o, os agentes constataram novas irregularidades e adultera\u00e7\u00f5es nos sinais identificadores (anilhas) das aves, resultando na pris\u00e3o do homem pelo crime contra a f\u00e9 p\u00fablica (artigo 296 do C\u00f3digo Penal).<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"3\">Al\u00e9m disso, foram imputados ao investigado os crimes ambientais de guarda de esp\u00e9cimes da fauna silvestre sem autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o e maus-tratos (artigos 29 e 32 da Lei 9.605\/1998).<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"4\">As aves apreendidas ficaram sob a responsabilidade dos t\u00e9cnicos do IMA para reabilita\u00e7\u00e3o.
