da Divis\u00e3o de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o Criminal (DIC) de Curitibanos, lavrou o Auto de Pris\u00e3o em Flagrante contra um homem pela pr\u00e1tica dos crimes de roubo majorado (pelo concurso de pessoas e emprego de arma de fogo) e adultera\u00e7\u00e3o de sinal identificador de ve\u00edculo automotor.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"6\">O fato ocorreu na noite de segunda-feira (01\/06), por volta das 22h20, em um estabelecimento comercial localizado no bairro Universit\u00e1rio. Segundo o que foi apurado, dois homens armados invadiram o com\u00e9rcio, anunciaram o assalto e subtra\u00edram dinheiro e celulares das v\u00edtimas mediante graves amea\u00e7as de morte.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"7\">Na sa\u00edda do local, os suspeitos continuaram apontando as armas em dire\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s v\u00edtimas e efetuaram disparos contra o propriet\u00e1rio do com\u00e9rcio, que reagiu \u00e0 agress\u00e3o. No confronto na \u00e1rea externa, um dos assaltantes morreu no local e o segundo foi baleado, sendo socorrido e mantido hospitalizado sob cust\u00f3dia policial.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"8\">Durante o atendimento da ocorr\u00eancia, foram apreendidos o dinheiro e celulares roubados, as armas e muni\u00e7\u00f5es dos suspeitos, al\u00e9m da arma utilizada pelo comerciante. A motocicleta usada na a\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m foi apreendida; o ve\u00edculo estava com a placa adulterada com fita isolante, o que motivou a autua\u00e7\u00e3o em flagrante tamb\u00e9m pelo artigo 311 do C\u00f3digo Penal.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"9\">Ap\u00f3s a an\u00e1lise t\u00e9cnico-jur\u00eddica, a autoridade policial confirmou a legalidade da pris\u00e3o do suspeito
