A a\u00e7\u00e3o ocorreu no bairro Monte Verde, em Florian\u00f3polis.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"6\">Durante o cumprimento de um mandado de busca e apreens\u00e3o na resid\u00eancia do investigado, as equipes policiais localizaram e apreenderam 56.084 ma\u00e7os de cigarros de origem paraguaia, o que totaliza aproximadamente 1.121.680 unidades. A mercadoria estava armazenada em 108 caixas fechadas da marca &#8220;Gift&#8221;, al\u00e9m de ma\u00e7os das marcas &#8220;ZenZ&#8221;, &#8220;Villas&#8221;, &#8220;Gudang&#8221; e &#8220;Oro&#8221;, todas de proced\u00eancia estrangeira ilegal. O valor estimado do material apreendido ultrapassa R$ 1 milh\u00e3o, considerando a comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o no varejo.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"7\">As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es revelaram que o suspeito integrava uma fac\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa com atua\u00e7\u00e3o dentro e fora dos pres\u00eddios catarinenses. O com\u00e9rcio ilegal servia para financiar o grupo armado por meio do pagamento de uma &#8220;taxa&#8221; mensal de R$ 50,00 por &#8220;loja&#8221; para a comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o dos produtos contrabandeados. No local, tamb\u00e9m foram apreendidos 251 dichavadores (instrumentos utilizados para a prepara\u00e7\u00e3o de entorpecentes), indicando o envolvimento em outras atividades il\u00edcitas.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"8\">Esta \u00e9 a terceira vez que o homem \u00e9 preso pelo crime de contrabando nos \u00faltimos tr\u00eas anos, o que evidencia uma conduta criminosa reiterada.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"9\">O investigado foi conduzido \u00e0 sede da DEIC para a lavratura do Auto de Pris\u00e3o em Flagrante. Diante da gravidade dos fatos, da reincid\u00eancia espec\u00edfica e do alto valor envolvido, a autoridade policial representou ao Poder Judici\u00e1rio pela convers\u00e3o da pris\u00e3o em
